Cooperative Workstation

Exporter Workstation

Export Compliance & Consignment System

Exporters and cooperatives operate in environments where data is collected across multiple disconnected systems: field producer records held by cooperatives or spread across suppliers, quality labs, and export offices.

Terraxis consolidates this into a single operational environment.

What You Get

Structured aggregation of suppliers into batches.

The Exporter Workstation brings supplier records, contributing farmers, farm polygons, quality data, export documents, and consignment evidence into one structured export environment.

Supplier Aggregation

Structured aggregation of suppliers into batches.

Contributing Farmers

All groups of contributing farmers.

Consignment Formation

Consignment formation and export structuring.

Quality Data

Quality data integration, including moisture, cupping, and lab results.

Shipment Readiness

Export readiness tracking across shipments.

DDS Documentation

Automated documentation generation, including DDS.

Exporter Flow

From fragmented export data to structured, shipment-ready operations.

The exporter starts by ingesting supplier information, associated farmers, farm polygons, quality records, and supporting documents. From there, Plotra structures the evidence into batches, consignments, export documentation, and DDS-ready records.

01

Register Supplier

Add the cooperative, estate, supplier group, or direct farmer sourcing route.

02

Ingest Farmers & Polygons

Connect the associated farmers and upload the polygons required for EUDR readiness.

03

Upload Documents

Add export licence, supplier documents, certificates, quality files, declarations, and other supporting evidence.

04

Assemble Batch

Build the export batch from one cooperative, multiple cooperatives, direct farmers, or an estate record.

05

Create Consignment

Structure the consignment and attach the evidence needed for shipment.

06

Generate DDS

Generate clean DDS-ready records for the European buyer and Euro TRACES.

Sourcing Scenarios

Different sourcing routes, one export structure.

The workstation supports the practical ways exporters source coffee: from one cooperative, from multiple cooperatives, directly from farmers, or from an estate.

Multiple Cooperatives

If coffee is bought from multiple cooperatives, each cooperative is grouped separately with its cooperative information, producer list, polygons, and supporting documents.

Direct Farmers

If coffee is sourced directly from farmers, the batch is built from the associated farmer list and their farm polygons for EUDR.

Estate Record

If coffee comes from an estate, the estate record, polygon, licences, quality data, and supporting documents form the batch evidence.

Final Consignment

The end process is the same: upload everything necessary for the consignment, export documentation, DDS, and buyer submission.

What It Solves

Export readiness stops depending on last-minute data consolidation.

The Exporter Workstation reduces the manual work of collecting supplier data, connecting production evidence to shipment records, and preparing documentation at the export stage.

Manual Consolidation

Manual consolidation of production and export data.

Fragmented Tracking

Fragmented batch and inventory tracking.

Documentation Delays

Delays in export documentation preparation.

Broken Linkage

Lack of structured linkage between production and shipment.

Coordination Gaps

Inefficient coordination across cooperative and exporter roles.

DDS Readiness

Late preparation of DDS records for European buyers and Euro TRACES.

Outcomes

Every consignment carries the operational evidence behind it.

The outcome is a clearer batch-to-consignment workflow where export documentation is prepared from structured evidence instead of being rebuilt under pressure at the end.

Continuous Export Readiness

Continuous export readiness across shipments.

Batch-to-Consignment Visibility

Structured batch-to-consignment visibility.

Reduced Administration

Reduced administrative burden at the export stage.

Improved Coordination

Improved coordination across cooperative and exporter operations.

Reliable Documentation

Reduced administrative burden at the export stage.

Clean DDS

Clean DDS-ready documentation for European buyers and Euro TRACES.

Ready to structure your export workflow?

The Exporter Workstation assessment helps Terraxis understand how your organization receives supplier records, ingests contributing farmers, associates polygons, manages quality data, creates batches, forms consignments, prepares export documents, and generates DDS records.

It is built for exporters working with cooperatives, direct farmers, estates, or mixed supplier routes.
