Cooperative Workstation

From Producer to Consignment

Plotra by Terraxis is the Cooperative Workstation for coffee operations.

It follows how coffee already moves, connecting producer records, deliveries, processing, quality, inventory, compliance, and export readiness in one operational system.

End-to-End Flow

Every delivery becomes operational evidence.

Each operational event builds on the previous one, allowing traceability, inventory, compliance, and export records to develop naturally as coffee moves through the cooperative. Plotra connects producer records, farm evidence, harvest deliveries, processing, quality, stock, consignments, and export documentation inside one cooperative workflow.

Producer Identity

Producer profile, farm details, cooperative membership, and documents.

Harvest Delivery

Weighing, receipt, collection point, producer link, and inventory creation.

Batch & Processing

Aggregation, washing station records, post-harvest activity, and stock movement.

Consignment

Export lots inherit producer, batch, quality, and documentation evidence.

Producer Identity

The producer record is the starting point.

Everything that follows inherits from this identity, allowing coffee to remain connected to its origin without recreating records later. Each farmer receives a permanent identity inside Plotra. It connects farm data, delivery records, documentation, certification, and traceability over time.

Producer Profile

Name, ID, cooperative membership, contact details, and farm relationship.

Farm Evidence

Farm location, polygons, crop details, certification, and field records.

Documents

Producer documents, cooperative documents, certificates, and declarations.

History

Deliveries, payments, batches, quality outcomes, and follow-up records.

Harvest Delivery

The workstation begins where coffee enters the cooperative.

This is where physical coffee first becomes operational information inside Plotra. At the weighing station, staff find the producer, record the delivery, create a receipt, and update cooperative inventory.

Delivery Record

Producer, collection point, date, weight, grade, and receipt.

Inventory

Every delivery creates stock that can move into processing and batch records.

Processing & Batch

Coffee from many producers becomes traceable stock.

Plotra preserves contributor relationships while supporting the operational reality of aggregation, transformation, and stock movement. Plotra keeps the link between contributors, processing activity, washing station movement, batch identity, and post-harvest records.

Aggregation

Multiple producer deliveries contribute to processing batches.

Processing

Washing, drying, sorting, grading, movement, and stock transformation.

Quality

Moisture, defects, cupping notes, grade, and quality approvals.

Traceability

Batches retain contributor and origin evidence as coffee moves forward.

Quality & Consignment

Quality and export readiness come from live operations.

Export preparation is not a separate process – it inherits the operational records already created throughout the cooperative workflow. Export consignments are formed from one or more verified batches. The buyer can understand origin, quality, compliance, and evidence without exposing personal data.

Quality

Grade, moisture, defects, tasting, approvals, and lab records.

Consignment

Buyer, shipment, lot composition, batch inheritance, and export documents.

Documents

Documents follow the coffee.

Evidence is created once and reused wherever it is needed, whether for certification, buyer requests, due diligence, or export preparation. Documents are uploaded or generated against the producer, batch, or consignment, then remain attached to the coffee flow.
